Unique Project Number: You will be assigned a unique project number. Please have this number on hand as you will need it while filling out your service ticket.

Photos and Videos: To help our technicians better understand and troubleshoot the issue, it’s essential to provide plenty of photos and videos of the problem. Ensure that your photos and videos are clear and well-lit.

Step 2: Visit the YOLO TV Service Ticket

Step 3: Fill Out the Online Service Ticket Form

– In the provided fields, enter your unique Project Number.

– Describe in detail what is going on with your TV. Be as specific as possible, including any error messages or unusual behaviors.
