Engineering Overview
YOLO TV systems are modular, commercial-grade direct-view LED panel systems engineered for permanent residential and commercial integration.
Modular Direct-View LED Cabinet System
Each YOLO TV system consists of individual LED cabinet modules that form a seamless display surface. Panels are precision-manufactured with sub-1mm tolerances and front-serviceable components.
Unlike consumer televisions, these systems are designed for permanent integration into residential architecture with consideration for structural load, thermal management, and long-term serviceability.

Proper structural support and mounting systems are critical for long-term performance and safety.
Structural Backing & Reinforcement
Indoor LED walls require structural backing rated for 4–6 lbs/sq ft depending on cabinet type and pixel pitch. Backing must be installed during framing stage.

Weather & Wind Load
YOLO TV outdoor systems are IP65 or IP66-rated rated to resist harsh weather. Each module is crafted with aluminum and carbon fiber and engineered wind-load resistant.
Wind Load Resistance
Engineered for 90–180+ mph depending on location. Structure requires wind load calculations per local code.
Thermal Management
Active cooling systems required. Internal temperature: -20°F to 120°F ambient.
Drainage & Moisture
Integrated drainage channels and moisture barriers prevent water accumulation.
Corrosion Protection
Marine-grade aluminum, carbon fiber and sealed enclosures suitable for coastal installations.
Power & Electrical Requirements
Dedicated circuits and surge protection are required for all installations.

Rotational Lift System
Adds 180° rotation capability to vertical lift deployment. Enables dual viewing zones from a single display.
Requires additional structural engineering for rotational load and wind resistance. Mechanical joint rated for 1,000+ cycles. Rotation speed adjustable 5–30 seconds per 180° rotation.
Ideal for: Pool + patio configurations, outdoor kitchen + lounge layouts, multi-direction entertainment spaces.
Mobile Lift System
Self-contained mobile structure providing Rise™ functionality without permanent in-ground vault installation.
Base footprint: 8' × 4' × 6'H (varies by screen size). Steel frame construction with powder-coated finish. Integrated power distribution and control. Weatherproof enclosure.
Designed for: High-end rental properties, event-driven entertainment, rooftop terraces, properties where permanent vaulting is not feasible.
Note: Requires 240V power connection and level surface. Optional anchor points for high-wind applications.

Installation Process
Every YOLO TV installation follows a structured five-phase process from design through commissioning.
Design Review
Initial consultation with design team to review architectural plans, viewing distance, structural requirements, and integration scope. Site visit if required. Preliminary system sizing and specifications provided.
Rough-In Coordination
Detailed rough-in drawings provided showing structural backing, electrical requirements, conduit routing, and equipment room layout. Coordination with GC, electrical contractor, and AV integrator.
Structural Verification
Pre-installation site inspection to verify backing, power, and signal infrastructure meets specifications. Final measurements and mounting layout confirmed.
Installation
Professional installation team mounts frame, installs YOLO TV panels, connects inter-power and inter-signal, and completes physical integration. Installations typically require 1–2 days.
Calibration & Commissioning
System calibration including color accuracy, brightness uniformity, and signal verification. Integration with automation systems (Control4, Crestron, Savant). Client training and documentation handoff.
Timeline Considerations
- YOLO TV delivery: 8–12 weeks from order confirmation (depending on product type)
- Installation should be scheduled after pre-install checklist is completed + drywall/finish work complete (indoor) or hardscape complete (outdoor)
